From a concept in 2017, ANDHealth has become the recognised leader in the provision of programs that accelerate commercialisation outcomes for Australia’s fast growing Digital Health sector. Our Investment team, which delivers our $22.5 million MRFF Funded ANDHealth+ Program, and the $50 million BioMedtech Incubator Program (alongside our partner, Brandon Capital), is looking for an additional Portfolio Manager to join the team.
As the face of our Non-Dilutive Investment programs, this role offers you opportunities to meaningfully engage with and provide exceptional quality support to, founders and leaders of early to mid-stage Digital Health innovators.
You will be involved across the life cycle of program delivery: supporting cohort selection, developing and tracking projects that de-risk or create new value for our companies, connecting companies to relevant resources and suppliers, incorporating feedback from our advisory panels, and assisting with program reporting and administration.
You will develop and share your expertise in relevant areas such as Software as a Medical Device or AI in Healthcare, and other topics of widespread interest to our companies and stakeholders.

If you have;
- A relevant tertiary qualification (commerce, science, medicine, law, engineering);
- 4+ years experience gained in a commercial role either within the medical devices, digital health or health services industry, or equivalent experience in a consulting or professional services role
- In addition to general understanding of digital health, deeper expertise from a clinical, reimbursement, regulatory or commercial perspective is highly valued
- Demonstrable research capability, financial literacy project delivery and strategic acumen
- Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills
