The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is responsible for national digital health services and systems, with a focus on engagement, innovation and clinical quality and safety. About the Role

The Agency are looking for an Insights Analyst to join the team. This is a Full-time ongoing role that is available for immediate start. This role sits in the Digital Solutions Division and reports to the Senior Insights Analyst (Research, Evaluation and Statistics Section). The Insights Analyst (APS6) position plays a critical role in creating actionable insights to drive innovation, customer experiences, and behavioural change strategies across the Agency using quality data and evidence. With reasonable autonomy and accountability, the Insights Analyst will distil complex messages to actionable insights that support the Agencys agenda, decision making and benefit realisation. Using both initiative and judgement in signifying the value of insights through analysis of internal and external data assets (quantitative and qualitative), the Insights Analyst will demonstrate the leveraging of data assets and external data sources for identification of behavioural insights to inform the design of digital products and services and drive health innovation research and projects. The Insights Analyst will work independently, subject to limited direction against established priorities, practices, and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes.


Skills and Experience

The following Knowledge, Skills and Experience will be super beneficial to hit the ground running in this role:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant health or policy discipline with associated experience is highly desirable.

  • Experience working with data to discover insights through analysis of internal and external data assets (qualitative and quantitative).

  • Able to work to established priorities, practices, and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes by working autonomously and under limited directions.

  • Experience preparing high-level reports, resources and correspondence for a wide range of audiences and presenting detailed and complex information clearly and concisely.

  • The ability to acquire, maintain and apply in-depth knowledge and experience from within the domain to inform work programs and provide insights.

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and expectations.

Eligibility

  • Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.

  • Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary:$94,456 to $106,563 plus 15.4% Superannuation.
