About The Opportunity
The Change Implementation Lead role sits within the Health Services division, as a part of the Healthdirect services team, and is an integral role to the service’s operating model. It is responsible for the planning of, managing and evaluating the implementation of change initiatives on the Healthdirect service in collaboration with the other service team members, other Healthdirect teams and all key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Service and Product Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the ongoing change initiatives on the Healthdirect service are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include
Management of the implementation of change initiatives on the Healthdirect service to ensure successful and effective change.
Drive the implementation and adherence of the Change Framework within the service.
Collaboration with all necessary service team members and other Healthdirect teams to ensure strong engagement in change processes and successful change implementation.
Undertaking stakeholder and overall change impact analysis, understanding the current and proposed future states and supporting engagement with external stakeholders to ensure change readiness and the management of issues and concerns.
Monitoring the readiness for, impact of and adoption of the sprint service changes
Provision of high-quality change management documentation, including plans, updated service documents and processes, and internal and external communications
Contribute to new service implementation activities and specific projects where required.
What we’re looking for
Proven capacity to contribute and implement tactical initiatives, including the ability to plan, manage change, and improve performance.
Proven experience in managing medium scale change management projects, particularly with delivering change impact assessments, and stakeholder mapping and tracking.
Proven experience in creating and executing change artefacts to support service goals and implementation of changes to the service, including change plans and service process documents.
Demonstrated understanding of how people go through a change, the change process and change principles.
Proven ability to work with complex information across multiple communication channels and undertake appropriate analysis.
