RingCentral hosted a lunch today in Sydney for healthcare leaders and IT executives, featuring Peter Birch, CEO of Talking HealthTech, Steve Saunders, Australian Healthcare Lead at RingCentral and Ernie White, CIO of Melanoma Institute Australia.
The event discussed how rapid advancements in AI and digital technologies is putting Australia healthcare communications at the tipping point. Voice continues to be the number one communications channel and number one patient experience application for healthcare providers, and technology advances have now reached the stage where organisations can start to reap massive efficiency and productivity benefits, as well as improvements in patient experience and clinical outcomes, from the rich data captured in the voice communications taking place every day.
