Your Next Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of projects with a broad range of clients across the health industry. You will direct a specialist team of consultants through your experience, drawing on years of consulting or major program delivery. You are passionate about the use of digital technology to improve outcomes for the consumers our clients serve.

You will have significant leadership responsibilities for the effective running of the business and provide oversight and direction to the growing team.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the development of high-quality client project proposals from investigation through pursuit and into successful delivery.

  • Leading the delivery of client projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and instructing the team on relevant methodologies and solutions.

  • Initiating and maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders and contributing to thought leadership.

  • Providing a significant contribution to business operations, and people development to support the continued growth of the business.


What You'll Bring to the Digivate Health Team:

With tertiary qualifications, you will have demonstrated consulting experience or relevant experience working on strategic projects within health.


You have significant management consulting experience (including leading teams), ideally coupled with pharmaceutical industry experience including (but not limited to) commercial; supply chain, data and analytics, digital therapeutics, remote patient monitoring, business development, informatics.


You will:

  • Demonstrate the ability to translate complex issues into simple steps and proposed solutions

  • Contribute towards a positive working environment through aligned values and people-first leadership

  • Bring a specialised understanding of Australia's health landscape and the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience leading and developing teams

  • Knowledge and understanding of health industry trends and technology

  • Proven experience in the application of technology solutions to business problems in large, complex organisations
