The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Director (Head of Sales) to join the iMedX team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Managing Director and a key member of the Senior Leadership team, the Commercial Director will lead and manage the commercial sales strategy for all iMedX products and services.
Key Deliverables:
Define, develop, and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth across clinical documentation, revenue cycle, and health consulting revenue streams.
Identify new markets and opportunities in healthcare, and establish strategic partnerships.
Expand iMedX's market presence and thought leadership while fostering strong client relationships.
Guide, mentor, support, and grow the sales team.
Set and achieve budget targets for growth across the APAC region.
Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services.
Prepare and deliver sales activity presentations at SLT and broader company levels.
What You Will Bring:
Senior leadership experience with a proven track record in revenue growth strategy execution, people management, and financial/commercial capability.
Deep understanding of the HIS healthcare sector and disruptive technologies, including AI & Ambient Speech recognition, Digital Dictation, Automated Coding, and AI-augmented revenue cycle management.
Record of achievement in sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
Success in setting and executing customer growth strategies in scaling/transforming businesses.
Proven ability to create value for customers through new and improved products and services.
Strong channel management and partnership development skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently and ensure the customer remains central to all activities.
Positive, can-do attitude with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
