Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians most time consuming tasks. Placed in General Practice, Allied Health and Specialist clinics Lyrebird is saving clinicians on average 2 hours per day and enabling a level of care that was previously impossible.Lyrebird is now being used in thousands of consults per day and we're looking for a passionate Clinical Partnerships & Product Manager to join us. As a member of the Lyrebird team you will have a high level of autonomy to build the product you wish you had as a clinician.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Management:Take charge of cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. You will oversee the entirety of partnership activities, from initiation through to execution, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and promoting sustainable growth.
Clinical Insight and Product Enhancement:Act as the pivotal bridge between clinical needs and technological capabilities. Provide ongoing feedback to our product development teams based on insights gathered from clinical environments and partners. Ensure our AI solutions are not only innovative but also clinically relevant, enhancing utility and adoption.
Building and Cultivating Relationships With The Clinical Community:Develop strategies to deepen relationships with users at scale, strengthening Lyrebirds clinical branding and perception within the medical community.
Advocate for the needs and preferences of doctors in the community help guide product enhancement and innovation to better serve our users - ensuring that feedback from clinicians is effectively integrated into our product roadmap
Requirements:
Medical Doctor:You must be a registered medical doctor with at least 4 years of clinical experience. You should be able to understand the needs and pain points of clinicians across a range of different settings and specialties from hospital to primary care.
Relationship Builder:You should have demonstrated an ability to quickly build meaningful relationships with a broad range of individuals
Proven Track Record in Healthcare Partnerships:Strong experience in managing large-scale partnerships or clinical trials within the healthcare industry. Demonstrable success in forming and steering strategic alliances and collaborations.
Strong Network:Well-established connections within the healthcare industry, with a robust network of contacts that can facilitate partnerships and collaborative opportunities.

We are open to candidates able to work between 0.6-1 FTE, especially for those currently practicing.
