What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Managed Solutions Consultant, you will be part of our highly esteemed CTO team, utilizing your skills in the development, support, and enhancement of our market leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Resolve & Escalate: Perform troubleshooting, end-to-end solution-driven resolution, and handle escalations efficiently and effectively.
Meet Targets & Standards: Aim to exceed SLA targets by promptly reviewing monitoring alerts and support requests.
Administer & Deploy: Engage in operating system and database administration, deployment/upgrading software, and various Cloud administration activities.
Monitor & Analyse: Conduct application monitoring configuration, problem management, and root cause analysis.
Develop & Improve: Maintain scripts, proactively identify opportunities to enhance productivity, automation, and efficiency.
Communicate & Collaborate: Participate in design discussions, follow change management processes, generate customer reports, and attend meetings.
Self-Educate & Support others: Always keep learning and provide training for colleagues and clients on occasion.

Essential Requirements
3+ Years of Experience in IT services, technical support, SQL Server DB Administration, T-SQL analysis, optimization, monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting.
Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows and some Linux administration.
Scripting Experience: PowerShell and some Azure Platform Administration
Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP Networking concepts.
Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Azure Features and Administration
Communication: Highly proficient in written and verbal communications.
Desirable Requirements
Education & Certification: Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent industry certifications (or relevant real-world experience).
Cloud experience: AWS experience
Methodologies: Understanding of ITIL methodologies and concepts.
