In late 2023, The Bridging Study team consulted with members of the Moranbah community and others in the Greater Whitsunday Region to determine the next site for the Navicare mental health service. After considering a range of factors, Clermont was chosen as the newest site for the hub.
Aiming to improve access to mental health care for people living in regional Queensland, the team is supporting the implementation of this service in Clermont in the first half of 2024.
