Telstra Health has introduced new features in the latest version of Kyra Flow, its patient capacity and demand solution for hospitals.
The latest version integrates with Medtasker to streamline hospital tasks. It includes an uplift of Bed Management View, and enhancements for the seamless importing of IQ notes from emergency departments (ED) to inpatient wards as well as actionable operational insights for proactive decision support.
Telstra Health’s Head of Hospital Care, Chris Norton, said the latest release enables care providers to improve patient safety and increase hospital efficiency, while providing near real-time business intelligence insights to understand and optimise operational performance and patient flow.
“The integration with Medtasker provides built-in escalation pathways that ensure the right task gets to the right clinician the first time, provides notifications to clinicians of results to review, and supports tasks across devices from tablets to smartphones.
