To support us in accelerating our impact in healthcare for all Australians, we are opening a Head of Sales & Partnerships role to build and deliver a full sales and partnerships strategy, designed to drive business growth and performance.
Job Description:
As the Head of Sales & Partnerships at Hola Health, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and strategic collaborations. Your role will encompass efforts in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating partnerships that align with our company's vision and objectives. You'll be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies, and leveraging your expertise to position our offerings competitively in the market.
The requirements of this role would be optimally suited to a candidate who is comfortable and enjoys operating in a startup setting- where we experience a level of ambiguity and rapid changes to our business operations. Some soft skills that will be conducive to success in this role are skills such as agility, adaptability, attention-to-detail, problem solving and ingenuity.
No startup experience is explicitly required. As we are a health-tech startup ourselves, this is a guiding summary of the environment we are currently operating in.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Chief Executive Officer on the creation of the sales strategy
- Acquire pharmacy groups for our in-pharmacy telehealth consults, medicine delivery & 3rd party marketplace offerings
- Acquire other partnerships as required
- Management of key partnerships
- Sales and partnership reporting
We would love for you to have:
- Significant experience as a senior sales leader in either the technology or health categories
- The ability to source your own leads
- Experience and comfort engaging with potential partners at the highest level
- Experience working in a scaling tech start-up (health tech experience highly regarded)
- Experience managing budgets, tracking ROI and reporting
- Experience in craft dedication to reach high performance e.g. sports, art, music etc.
